Once the form is published, open the sharing screen: the QR code is ready there. Customize it, then download it in the size you need.

What you can customize

  • A title above the code (“Sign up here”).
  • The colors of the code and of its corners.
  • Your logo in the center.
  • The size of the image, for a poster, a flyer or a screen.

Do I need to reprint it if I change the form?

No. The QR code leads to the form's address, which does not change when you edit the questions or the design. Your posters stay valid.

Ideas for using it

  • A QR code on the counter for thirty-second customer feedback.
  • A QR code projected in the room: everyone answers the quiz on their phone.
  • A QR code on an event poster for signing up.

All the ways to share (link, website, email, SMS, social media): share a form.
