In Mailpro, open Create → Survey. The survey is built in the same editor as forms, without code, and its results are shown in charts, question by question.
In four steps
- Start from a template from the gallery, from a blank page or by duplicating an existing survey.
- Ask your questions: single or multiple choice with “Other”, scale as buttons or a slider, NPS from 0 to 10, star rating, matrix, free text. The order of the choices can be shuffled for each respondent.
- Share it: email campaign to your lists (the respondent's email address is already filled in), link, QR code or embed on your website.
- Analyze: charts for each question, Excel export, reminder to non-respondents.
How many questions?
As few as possible: aim for 5 to 10 questions. If you need more, split the survey into pages with a progress bar: progress bar.
