From the responses page, click Export. The file is prepared in the background, then you download it from the exports page. One row per answer, one column per question.

The options

  • Format: Excel (.xlsx) to read and filter, CSV to import into other software.
  • Period: from … to …
  • Columns: only the questions you need, in the sort order you want.
  • Delete answers after export: to archive them on your side and lighten your account (off by default). Also useful for the GDPR.

Forms, surveys and quizzes are all exported the same way; for a quiz, the file also includes the scores.

To enrich your Mailpro contacts, no export is needed: the answers update the contact records directly.

For a quick overview without a spreadsheet, the charts and the PDF report are enough: response statistics. In detail: Excel export.
