On PC: you must import your addresses using a .CSV file (Excel file).
On Mac: the addresses are imported using a .VCF file.
It is also possible to import your addresses with copy-paste from Excel, Word or another database properly formatted. However, for large volumes, we recommend the use of CSV files. You will receive an email with the report of the import job.
