You can sort your fields according to the grade or importance you want.
To do that go to:
Label Contacts / Fields / select a field / click in edit / advanced setting.
The order is 1 being the most important, so if you want to see the name first you sort as number 1 and last name second you sort as number 2.
If you have two fields with the same sort number, they will be ordered alphabetically.
The fields Email and Phone can't be edited or sorted, they always be showed at the first.
